Nothing is attached to your lashes. The treatment works with the lashes you already have, lifting and directing them upward to create a brighter, more defined eye.
Korean Lash Lift vs. Traditional YUMI Lash Lift

The YUMI Korean Lash Lift places greater emphasis on precise lash positioning, direction, and customization. This allows the technician to create a softer, more elongated result rather than applying the same curl pattern across all lashes.
The Korean technique can be especially effective for clients with straight or downward-growing lashes or for those who prefer a more natural, modern lash style.
Pre-treatment
- Remove eyelash extensions at least 3 days to 1 week before your appointment
- Avoid waterproof mascara and eyelash curling for several days before treatment
- Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup
- Remove eye makeup with an oil-free makeup remover before your appointment
- Avoid oils, heavy creams, and lash serums around the eye area on the day of treatment
- Every client must complete a waiver before treatment
- Let your technician know about any recent eye irritation, procedures, or sensitivities
Post-treatment — First 48 Hours
To protect your lift while the lashes fully set:
- No water or mascara on lashes
- Avoid steam, saunas, and heavy exercise
- Avoid washing your hair if it will soak or steam the lashes
- No lash serums, lash extensions, or eye creams
- Avoid rubbing or pulling the lashes
- Avoid sleeping directly on the lashes
- Use oil-free products around the eye area
After the first 48 hours, gently brush your lashes with a clean lash brush as needed and avoid using a mechanical eyelash curler.
With proper care, the lifted appearance will gradually soften as your lashes naturally grow and renew.
